Aware of the circumstances and important decisions for seasons 2015/16 and 2016/17, Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina and undersigned BH Telecom Premier League football clubs would like to make the following statemets:
- BH Telecom Premier League championship is in order, as well as its organization and refereeing;
- Referee mistakes can happen, but they are not intentional or malicious towards any club;
- FFBIH ruling bodies are in charge of the competition in accordance with regulations;
- All clubs have the right to file a legal appeal if they think they've been wronged, and it's up to them if they wish to use this right or not;
- It's wrong and inappropriate to blame and accuse other FFBIH members for someone else's own shortcomings. Each club should be focused on achieving the best possible results within the rules of the game and in a spirit of fair-play.
- We're inviting the fans and all who are in any way involved in the competition, to refrain from offensive behavior and maintain a fair attitude towards all players and staff.
- Undersigned clubs: FK Borac, FK Sarajevo, NK Čelik, FK Slavija, FK Drina, FK Sloboda, FK Mladost, NK Travnik, FK Olimpic, NK Vitez, FK Rudar, HŠK Zrinjski, FK Radnik, FK Željezničar.
