Vinko Marinović, the head coach of the U-21 team of Bosnia and Herzegovina, selected 26 players to count on for the upcoming qualification match for the European U-21 Championship with Portugal at the FF BH Training Centre in Zenica.

Marinović will miss a number of standard players for this game:
“Redžić is still not recovered enough, and this time we will miss Memija, who received a red card against Romania. We sent an invitation to Amir Hadžiahmetović, but he is not yet in the training process after the operation of the groin and it is not certain that we will be able to count on him against Portugal,” said the coach, adding:
"There is a very difficult game against the national team that is at the very top of the world football and has a great generation of young players. They are certainly favourites, but we have to play the best we know and try to reach a good result. We will do our preparations in best way, so the players could answer the challenge that is ahead of us.”
The players will gather on 2nd October at the Zenica Training Centre. The match with Portugal is on 10.10.2017 at 15:30 h.
