More than 400 children from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina will gather at the main town square in Bihac on Saturday, May 28th, to play entertaining football promoting UEFA's RESPECT idea.
As a socially responsible organization, Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina supports this project by highlighting the importance of football as a socializing agent for all generations.
General secretary Jasmin Bakovic: "As the most popular sport in the world, football's goals are to make friendships and gather people together. Therefore it's extremely important to allow children to have access to the game as a healthy way of growing up. FFBIH has the privilege to be a part of one of those positive stories such as this "Mini champions" project. I hope the children return home from Bihac with a smile on their faces, new friendships and full of impressions."
This project is organized by the humanitarian organization Open Fun Football Schools for the fifth time now, and whose goal is to bring children together on the day of the UEFA Champions League finals in order to connect with their peers from other parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina, and spend the day joyfully playing together.
