Today in Zenica, the women's “A” national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina was defeated by Wales with 0:1 in a qualifying match for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

The first chance had the BH team in the 13^th minute. Lidija Kuliš shot from the left askance side, but Laura O'Sullivan managed to throw the ball to a corner. Maria Aleksić tried to shoot from the distance in the 24^th minute, but the Welsh goalkeeper was in place once again.

Milena Nikolić passed on the left side in the 31^st minute, but she sent the ball over the goal.

Wales came to the lead in the 58^th minute. Kayleigh Green sprinted a counter attack, came alone in front of the goalkeeper, Almina Hodžić, and sent the ball to the net for 0:1

Kuliš centred from the left in the 68^th minute, Nikolić made the highest jump in the Welsh penalty area, but O'Sullivan intervened well once again and sent the ball into the corner.

The BH team had the best chance in the 83^rd minute. Alice Griffiths made a foul over Lidija Kuliš in the penalty area and the referee showed on the white spot. Milena Nikolić carried a penalty kick, but O'Sullivan defended her shot.

Anđela Šešlija centred to Milena Nikolić from the right side in the additional time, but our attacker was not precise again and the result of 0:1 remained in favour of Wels.
