Bosnia and Herzegovina national "A" team's last training session before the match with Estonia is underway, but before that coach Mehmed Bazdarevic, and players Edin Dzeko and Emir Spahic addressed the media at the stadium in Zenica.
Bazdarevic: "The lineup is mainly made up of players who have played before, but we introduced some younger players as well. However, those who played in the previous qualifiers will be the main assets now and take the most of the burden by themselves.
We're ambitious but also cautious regarding tomorrow's match. We have a plan, we worked really well, and hopefully we'll get our opponent in trouble tomorrow. We're ambitious because we want to start the qualifiers with a victory, but also cautious because the opponent possess a quality. Qualifications are quite long and it's important to be successful at the beginning."
Last time our team beat Estonia 7-0. Two of those goals were scored by Edin Dzeko, who said today: "That was a historic result, but it's hard to repeat match like that today. The only thing we care about is to start these qualifiers the right way and win three points."
Spahic: "It's very important that we win, and we'll do everything in our power to make that happen. It won't be easy, we have a difficult game on our hands, but we play at home and we need to set the pace of the game. We have more substitutions this time, so that's also an advantage, we're well-trained and all of that should bring us success."
The match will be played tomorrow at 20:45 hours at the stadium Bilino Polje in Zenica.
