The president and vice-president of the BH FF Committee for Referees and Refereeing, Robert Zrilić and Elmir Pilav, were participants in the UEFA Referee Symposium, which was held in Bucharest on 15-17.03.2023.

Pilav attended the first part of the symposium, where national referee instructors gave lectures in different areas: "Rules of the game", "Handballing", "Offside", "Incidents in the penalty area", "Positioning", "Processing situations from national championships ", "Management", "Tactical offences".

The second part was intended for the presidents of the referees' commissions, and Zrilić attended it in his capacity as the president of the BH FF Committee for Referees and Refereeing. The following topics were presented: "Massification and retention of referees", "Fitness", "Women's refereeing", "Strategy".

The lecturers at the symposium were members of the UEFA Referee Committee: Roberto Rosetti, Björn Kuipers, Vladimir Šajn, Carlos Velasco Carballo and Dagmar Damková.
