The meeting included an analysis of electoral processes at all organizational levels within FFBiH, including the current situation in the Sarajevo Canton Football Association (SC FA). Based on Article 35 of the FFBiH Statute and Article 14 of the General Assembly’s Rules of Procedure, the FFBiH Executive Board made the following decisions:
• The Roadmap deadline is extended, setting a new date of December 20, 2024, for the Sarajevo Canton Football Association to hold its electoral assembly meeting.
• The deadline for submitting new candidate proposals for SC FA, FBiH FA, and FFBiH bodies is extended to November 20, 2024, alongside previously submitted candidacies.
• The FFBiH Election Committee is directed to oversee the preparation of documents and materials required for the SC FA electoral assembly meeting, in accordance with the Roadmap for elections at all FFBiH levels. SC FA is also instructed to submit all existing candidacies to the FFBiH Election Committee.
• A working group is established to coordinate with the FFBiH Election Committee in order to monitor the preparation and completion of documentation and tasks for the SC FA electoral assembly. This group will include one representative from the FFBiH Executive Board, the Sarajevo Canton Ministry of Culture and Sports, and the FFBiH General Secretariat administration.
• The SC FA extraordinary assembly scheduled for November 12, 2024, was convened illegally, as the eight delegates who signed the request aren’t verified delegates of the assembly. Thus, the request to convene the session is legally invalid.
FFBiH Executive Board member Fuad Čolpa abstained from voting on this decision due to his membership in SC FA.
