At today’s session, the date for the extraordinary session of the FFBiH General Assembly was set for July 12, 2025 in Sarajevo.

The Board also adopted a decision to form a working group that will draft a proposal for a competition model of a unified second league within the FFBiH competition system.

The working group will include representatives from the governance and competition management bodies at both state and entity levels. Once the draft model of the new competition is prepared, it will be forwarded to lower levels of organized competition for further procedure.

The proposed model will then be reviewed within the competent entity football associations (FA FBiH and FA RS), and the final decision on forming the unified FFBiH second league will be carried out in accordance with the provisions of the FFBiH Statute.
