In addition to appointing Darko Čeferin as project lead for "Reform and Improvement of Professional Standards and the Refereeing System in FFBiH Competitions," the Board adopted several other decisions. An independent auditor was appointed to review the 2025 financial statements, and the dates for the 2026 winter registration period for professional and amateur players were confirmed. The winter registration period for professional players will run from January 7 to February 6 2026, and for amateur players at all competition levels from February 9 to March 13 2026. A new date was also set for the BiH Supercup match: March 4 2026.
New licensing regulations for clubs participating in UEFA and domestic competitions in the 2026/27 season were adopted, with defined deadlines for the licensing process for UEFA, as well as for men’s and women’s senior competitions.
The Board also confirmed the locations within registration associations that meet or partially meet the criteria from the call for the "Installation of Artificial Turf on Auxiliary Pitches" project, a joint initiative by UEFA and FFBiH under the new UEFA HatTrick VI program. This project represents a major step forward in improving infrastructure quality and creating optimal conditions for football development across Bosnia and Herzegovina. The final selection of implementation sites will be completed by the end of this year.
Ticket prices were also confirmed for the upcoming 2026 World Cup playoff match, to be played on March 31 2026 against either Italy or Northern Ireland at the Bilino Polje stadium in Zenica, with kickoff set at 20:45. Prices remain the same as for previous qualifiers: West stand blocks C, D, and E – 50.00 KM; West stand blocks A, B, and F – 40.00 KM; East stand – 40.00 KM; North and South stands – 30.00 KM.
