The agreement was signed by FFBiH General Secretary Adnan Džemidžić and Canton Minister of Education, Science, Culture and Sport Mirza Mušija.
This agreement regulates the transfer of funds in the amount of 82,269.00 KM, approved from the 2025 Ze-Do Canton Budget under the "Current Transfer for Sport" line, intended to co-finance the conceptual design project for the construction and use of the national football stadium at the Bilino Polje site in Zenica.
General Secretary Adnan Džemidžić pointed out the importance of this agreement: "Signing this agreement represents a significant step forward in the continued realization of the national stadium project. We thank the Government of the Zenica-Doboj Canton and the relevant ministry for their support, as this project is of great importance not only for the Federation but also for the development of sport and football infrastructure in Bosnia and Herzegovina."
Minister Mirza Mušija also praised the cooperation with FFBiH: "The Government of the Zenica-Doboj Canton has recognized the significance of this project and its contribution to the development of sport in our canton and the country. With this agreement, we aim to make a tangible contribution to realizing the conceptual design of the national stadium at Bilino Polje and to continue our successful cooperation with the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina."
The agreement continues the cooperation between the Ze-Do Canton Government and FFBiH on the national stadium project, a key initiative for the development of football and sport in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
