At today's Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina Executive Board meeting, a decision was made to start building 18 artificial turf pitches across Bosnia and Herzegovina, in collaboration with clubs and local communities.

"In recent years, we've made significant progress in improving football infrastructure, with emphasis on building floodlights at top-tier clubs and via hybrid pitches project. The results and effects of these investments are visible, but we're not stopping there because without quality football infrastructure, we can't expect the development of young players, better domestic competitions, progress for our clubs in Europe, and ultimately top results for the national "A" team," said FFBiH President Vico Zeljković.
