Among the attendees were Marco Ferri, FIFA’s regional coordinator for Europe, and Jozef Kliment, UEFA’s advisor for national associations. They congratulated Zeljković on his recent re-election and reaffirmed FIFA and UEFA’s support for the FFBiH's work, and will continue investing in football development in Bosnia and Herzegovina through various projects. They also commended FFBiH for successfully organizing the UEFA U-17 Women’s Euro and securing hosting rights for the 2026 Women’s U-19 Euro finals.
Following the election of working bodies, the Electoral Commission confirmed the presence of 56 delegates, ensuring that the Assembly met the quorum requirements for decision-making.

- 2024 Report on the execution of the Income and Expenditure Plan;
- 2024 FFBiH Audit Report;
- 2025 FFBiH Work Plan;
- 2025 FFBiH Income and Expenditure Plan.
