Two decisions pertain to the competition regulations for the upcoming 2024/25 season.
The first decision concerns the playoff model for teams relegating from the Wwin League in the 2024/25 season, specifically for those finishing in 9th and 10th place at the end of the competition. In case 9th and 10th places are occupied by two clubs from the same entity association, then the three lowest-placed clubs will be directly relegated. The 9th placed team will play a playoff for a spot in the Wwin League for the 2025/26 season against the top team from the First League of the same entity association for the 2024/25 season, in two matches. The dates and the host of the first playoff game will be determined by a draw.
The second decision regarding changes to the competition regulations for the next season concerns the status of foreign players in domestic competition. Players with citizenship from any former Yugoslav republics are not considered foreign. The regulations now state that players with citizenship from any EU member countries are also not considered foreign.
