Given the increasingly frequent misuse of the official Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina logo, primarily regarding Bosnia and Herzegovina national team sports equipment, we've decided to inform the sporting public and national team supporters about several important facts.

At the same time, we'd like to point out that the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has registered the Federation logo as a trademark with the Institute for Intellectual Property of Bosnia and Herzegovina and holds the exclusive right to use it for products and services, meaning all others are prohibited from using an identical or similar sign for the same or similar products and services.

Numerous entities in Bosnia and Herzegovina and abroad, through unlawful actions involving the unauthorized production and sale of Bosnia and Herzegovina national team jerseys and sports equipment, along with unauthorized use of the Federation's protected logo, have violated the Federation's exclusive rights and caused damage to the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina as well as its official partners.

In this regard, we'd like to inform all irresponsible entities that the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina has collected substantial evidence regarding these abuses and continues gathering evidence necessary for legal action against those responsible, including proceedings to protect the Federation's rights before competent judicial authorities. Reports regarding these abuses have also been submitted to the relevant inspection authorities in the country.

We hereby issue a warning to everyone using the official Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina logo without authorization and call on them to immediately cease such use, promptly remove the Federation's official logo from their products, and withdraw from the retail outlets any products manufactured or distributed with unauthorized use of the Federation logo. Otherwise, the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina will be compelled to initiate legal proceedings to seek damages.
