At the session, it was decided upon appeals of FK “Sloboda”, NK “Čelik” and FK “Krupa” on the decisions of the Club Licensing First Instance Commission for refusal of licenses to the mentioned clubs for participation in the competition of the BH Premier League for the season 2019/20. At the same session, it was decided upon the appeal of FK “Željezničar” on the decision to refuse granting the license for participation in the UEFA club competitions.
The Second Instance (Appeal) Commission made the following decisions:
- The appeal is accepted and the license of FK “Sloboda” Tuzla for competition in the BH Premier League for the 2019/2020 season is granted.
- The appeal is accepted and the license of NK “Čelik” Zenica for competition in the BH Premier League for the 2019/2020 season is granted.
- The appeal is accepted and the license of FK “Krupa” Krupa on Vrbas for competition in the BH Premier League for the 2019/2020 season is granted.
- Dismissed is the appeal of FK “Željezničar” Sarajevo, lodged against the Decision of the Club Licensing First Instance Commission, which is confirmed in its entirety, and it is refused to grant the license to FK “Željezničar” Sarajevo for participation in the 2019/2020 UEFA club competitions.
All the aforementioned decisions are final.
