We would like to inform the public in a timely matter that contract between FFBIH and ADIDAS, effective from June 1st 2014, defines the rights and obligations for both sides. Therefore, we would like to point out that no other party besides ADIDAS and FFBIH can use our logo and sell original sports equipment designed for our national team. Any false advertisements and informations on social networks regarding purchase of official ADIDAS equipment is illegal and prohibited by law. In the coming months, original ADIDAS products will be distributed via officials channels and franchise partners.

In order to protect its logo from unauthorized usage, FFBIH registered it at the BIH intellectual property institute, and will prosecute all illegal usage and activities to the fullest extent of the law. FFBIH will warn the sellers who abuse these rules, and if their activities are not ceased, FFBIH will resort to state inspection services and other legal measures at its disposal. These rules and counter measures are also applicable to the World Cup logo, which is also protected by international laws and FIFA.
