Following the decisive determination of the leadership for the quality functioning of the BH FF in all segments, the activities of the second phase of the Project “Implementation of the Quality Management System According to Requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 in Business Processes of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation” continued. The main goals of the Project are harmonization of business processes in the BH FF, raising the level of efficiency and effectiveness, standardization of administration work, and consistent application of all relevant regulations, as well as improvement of relations with relevant stakeholders.

After the activities in the first phase of project implementation, which were adapted to the COVID-19 pandemic and other objective circumstances, the procedure of individual workshops with “process owners” is currently underway, along with the preparation of appropriate acts and procedures for their application in the reorganized business system of the BH FF. According to the action plan, the Project should be completed in the middle of the current year, with auditing and issuing of certificates by an accredited certification body.

This complex and demanding Project has been implemented in cooperation with a reference consultant, with the full support and financial assistance of UEFA.
