The Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation has successfully responded to the certification audit of the quality management system according to the ISO 9001:2015 standard, which was carried out by the accredited certification body “TÜV SÜD Management Service” on 03.07.2023. In this way, the Federation became the first sports organization in Bosnia and Herzegovina to meet the requirements for this certificate, thereby confirming that it consistently applies all relevant international and domestic regulations and standards in the functioning of its business processes.

The Project “Implementation of the Quality Management System According to the Requirements of the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 in Business Processes of the Bosnia and Herzegovina Football Federation” was realized in cooperation with the reference consultant “IDEA Co”, with the support and financial assistance of UEFA. The main goals of the Project are to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of operations, standardize the work of the administration according to the principles of good management, and the adequate application of all relevant regulations and standards, as well as the improvement of relations with relevant stakeholders.

In accordance with the results of the audit and the requirements of the ISO 9001:2015 standard, the BH FF will continue activities to maintain, develop and improve the effectiveness of the quality management system through the execution of regular jobs and work assignments and the achievement of defined strategic goals.
