On June 8, a sponsorship agreement was signed at the FFBiH headquarters in Sarajevo between Sarajevo International Airport (SJJ) and the Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina, officially establishing a partnership aimed at promoting sport, strengthening national identity, and improving Bosnia and Herzegovina's international visibility. The agreement was concluded for a period of two years.

Dino Selimović, Acting Director of Sarajevo International Airport, noted the importance of this partnership: "We believe that sport, and football in particular as the most popular sport, plays a powerful role in promoting Bosnia and Herzegovina. As the country's largest international airport, we connect our nation with the world every day, and through this cooperation we want to further contribute to strengthening our country's positive image. We're especially happy and proud, and every success by our national team and qualification for the World Cup brings us great joy. We look forward to the upcoming matches with great optimism and pride," said Selimović, wishing our national team players much success in the upcoming matches on his own behalf and on behalf of all airport employees.

FFBiH General Secretary Adnan Džemidžić thanked Sarajevo International Airport for its support and cooperation in organizing and seeing off the BiH national team ahead of the World Cup, underlining the importance of partnerships like this: "Sarajevo International Airport is an important partner in connecting Bosnia and Herzegovina with the world. We'd especially like to thank them for the outstanding cooperation and support during the departure of our national team to the World Cup. This partnership contributes to strengthening our work and further promoting the national team and football on the international stage."

Through this cooperation, Sarajevo International Airport becomes a Federation partner, actively supporting the work and activities of all national teams, as well as the continued development of football in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
