The seminar was attended by representatives of all clubs of the BH Premier League (directors, secretaries and financial officers), as well as authorised auditors who would audit the financial reports in the clubs in the coming season.
The clubs licensing administration experts explained the requirements of mandatory financial criteria to participants, and presented examples from the previous seasons in the licensing procedure. The meeting was also addressed by auditors in terms of technical details in carrying out audits of financial reports in clubs.
The seminar was conducted under the expert guidance of the clubs licensing administration, with presentations and address by the Head of the FF BH Licensing Department, Nijaz Merdanović, and the Senior Associate for Licensing, Lejla Krajnc. Nihad Hodžić, the Secretary of the FF BH Executive Board, and Adnan Džemidžić, Executive Director of the Sector for Administration, actively participated in the seminar.
Presentation of the financial criteria requirements, one of the most important in the licensing procedure, as well as the obligations of the clubs, was presented by the financial criteria expert, Kenan Kapetanović (auditing company “Revik” d.o.o. Sarajevo).
It was emphasized that the goals of the Federation and football clubs are to improve all aspects of business, especially financial one, with the consistent application of the Regulations on Licensing and other rules related to this area, and the maximum respect and fulfilment of all obligations in relation to clubs-players-employees.
