FFBIH Referees Committee chairman Ibrahim Hasanbegovic and international refereeing instructor Elmir Pilav are attending the FIFA / UEFA seminar for referee instructors, which is being held in the capital of Lithuania, Vilnius.
The seminar began today and will be concluded on March 12th. The participants will be presented with various refereeing-improvement programs with the help of some of the latest educational materials.
Professor Munir Talovic is attending the seminar for fitness instructors which is being held at the same time.
