It was discussed at the session about the appeal of FK “Zvijezda 09” Bijeljina on the decision of the First Instance Commission for clubs licensing to refuse granting a license to this club for participation in the competition of the BH Premier League for the 2018/19 season, as part of the extraordinary application of the system for licensing of the clubs from the lower ranking of the competitions to the BH Premier League.

The Second Instance Commission unanimously made the following Decision:

1. The Appeal is adopted and the Decision of the First Instance Commission is abrogated, and the license for the competition in the BH Premier League for the 2018/2019 season is granted to the FK “Zvijezda 09” Bijeljina.

This decision is final.
