After the recent media attacks on FFBIH and it's policies regarding organized supporter trips and their security on the away stadiums, we wish to inform the public that FFBIH and Premier League clubs are consistently upholding FIFA and UEFA's rules on organized trips. Clubs who compete in this league are required to provide safe accomodation for local and away fans as well as help with the security at the stadiums.

According to the current regulations, FFBIH and Premier League clubs' responsibilities lie only within the football stadiums, which means that for every security problem and ommision, liable football clubs were (and will be in the future) sanctioned according to the FFBIH disciplinary rulebook.

However, FFBIH as well as clubs are not required to organize safe trips to those very same stadiums. The law states that police, internal affairs ministry and other relevant public services are responsible for all security aspects of away supporters' safety outside the stadiums.

FFBIH will ensure the clubs fulfill their obligations regarding the safe accomodation for all supporters, and will hold a meeting with the representatives from internal affairs and security departments in Bosnia and Herzegovina in order to minimize the risks and potential problems for those people.
