A seminar for those who attend Talent-mentor program (9 referees and 21 observer/mentor) has started in hotel Hollywood in Sarajevo today, during which the well known FIFA referee and instructor Kyros Vassaras from Greece will give a lecture.

The goal is to educate talented referees and observers according to FIFA's instructions. Atendees will have a chance to hear lectures and presentations, and discuss the topics such as "severity of the offences", "tactical fouls", "handball situations", "offside", "body language", and so on.

As a part of the practical work, referees and observers will attend the BIH First League match between Rudar Kakanj and Podgrmec.
