The women's “A” national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina won today in Astana Kazakhstan with 2:0 in their first qualifying match for the 2019 FIFA Women’s World Cup.

Already in the 2^nd minute, the elects of Samira Hurem got to the advantage by the goal of Alma Kamerić. Lidija Kuliš crossed to the right and centred toward Kamerić who sent the ball behind the back of Oksana Zheleznyak. By the end of the first half, our team created several more opportunities, mostly through Milena Nikolić, but the result did not change.

In the second period of the game, the BH team had the initiative too, so Nikolić doubled the advantage of the BH national team in the 63^rd minute. Our attacker took the ball away on the half of the pitch of the opponents, went alone to the goal and from the right side hit the net for the final 2:0.

Our best female football players will continue with their qualifications on 24^th November, when they will be visiting England.
