The list of the national team’s player, to whom the head coach Robert Prosinečki count for the matches with the USA and Mexico, can be downloaded HERE.
Toni Šunjić, Muhamed Bešić, Amer Ordagić, Armin Hodžić and Jasmin Mešanović will not be among the players who have been on the preliminary list for the USA. They did not get the permission of their clubs to come to this gathering, because the matches are not in the FIFA dates.
Besim Šerbečić has previously received the coach’s permission to leave the national team’s preparations for signing a contract with a new club, while Nemanja Trkulja and Srđan Stanić will neither travel to America.
Ibrahim Šehić and Haris Medunjanin will join the team in Los Angeles, while the NK Rijeka midfielder Zoran Kvržić will be at disposal to the head coach Prosinečki for the match against Mexico in San Antonio.
A candidate for the match with the USA will be also Elvir Ibišević. The young striker of the Nebraska Omaha University was born on 10th February 1998, and is a potential U-21 team’s player. This is an opportunity for the technical staff and the head coach of the U-21 team, Vinko Marinović, to see his quality in the field.
Our national team will play with the USA in Los Angeles on 28th January and with Mexico in San Antonio on 31st January.
