KMF Tango will wait for the 2017/2018 spring on the 6th and 7th places together with MNK Seljak from Livno.
The team from East Sarajevo won 15 points this autumn (5 wins and 6 defeats with a goal difference 40:43).
The head coach of Tango, Mirko Čampara, commented games of his team:
“We played a half-season at a satisfactory level. Young players showed quality and convinced us that we could count on them. In some matches we had neither luck nor sympathy on our side. We lost a lot of points in the final stages of matches. Basically, there were good performances of my team, but also very interesting and uncertain games. Such matches certainly give a charm to this competition.”
Čampara is satisfied with the players’ efforts on preparations:
“The guys have been giving their maximum in this competition’s break. We train well, according to high futsal standards. We have also brought two quality reinforcements for the spring part, but we do not intend to stop there. I hope to refresh the team with more new faces.”
A young expert from East Sarajevo talks also about the ambitions of the club in the next part of the championship:
“I expect to achieve survival in the league. This is our primary goal. If we manage to realise our plans with reinforcements, I think we can get closer to the top of the table.”
Ognjen Erić is the main scorer of the team with 10 goals, followed by Amer Hadžić with 7. Srđan Milošević shook the opponents’ nets five times, and Draga Bjelica and Slobodan Elez scored 4 goals. Stefan Jokić and Nikola Šarović scored 3, Dragiša Kenjić 2 and Dejan Debelnogić and Dragan Ikonić scored 1 goal.
