The phenomenal Džeko took Roma into the UEFA Champions League semi-finals

Category: News

Tonight, Roma beat Barcelona 3:0 at the “Olimpic” in the UEFA Champions League quarter-finals, so they compensate their deficit with the Spanish team from the first match of 1: 4.

One of the most deserving individuals for this great success of the Italian club is the Bosnia and Herzegovina’s national team player, Edin Džeko.

The captain of our “A” national team scored the first goal of the match in the 6th minute, and in the 58th minute, a foul was made over Džeko in the penalty area, which was turned into a goal scored by De Rosi. By the end of the match, Manolas hit the net of Barcelona, so Roma reached the Champions League semi-finals.

In the second tonight’s match of this competition, Liverpool beat Manchester City with 2:1 as a guest, increasing the advantage from the first match (3:0).
