Seven matches of the 1/8 final of the Cup of Bosnia and Herzegovina are scheduled for tomorrow, while Leotar and Zvijezda 09 will meet on 1st November.
The players of tomorrow's games are optimistic and expect the positive results of their clubs.
Željezničar-Mladost
The head coach of FK Željezničar, Admir Adžem:
“We expect a very important match against the team of Mladost, and our ambitions are going further. We have enough players in the roster and we can answer the task and win. The pitch will be difficult and we will have to do our best. I believe in my team and we will achieve the result we desire.”
The player of FK Mladostm Bojan Regoje:
“It is certain that it will be difficult to play against Željezničar, but we have already shown that we can deal with them. We believe that we can go to the quarter-finals and we will do our best to achieve this. It will be a meeting of two high-quality teams, and I hope that we will rejoice in the end.”
Široki Brijeg-Vitez
The head coach of NK Široki Brijeg, Goran Sablić:
“There is a demanding game in front of us, but our goal is known, and this is the way forward. In the championship, Vitez gave us a lot of trouble in the last match, and they also played very well against Mladost in the last round. It is a team that is progressing and showing quality. We are ready for tomorrow's match and I expect victory.”
The head coach of NK Vitez, Branko Karačić:
“We know that the Cup competition always brings some surprise and we hope that we can do something similar in Široki Brijeg. They are favourites and are currently playing in top form, but if we see the opportunity to pass, we will use it. In this match, the opportunity will be given to some players who were not engaged many minutes in the championship and I hope they will show what they know and take their opportunity.”
Svatovac-Sloga Simin Han
The head coach of NK Svatovac, Hariz Imamović:
“I expect a good match and a fair and sporting competition. Sloga is a favourite, but we will do our best to achieve the best possible result. We want victory, but it will be difficult for us to realise it against a quality opponent. We will not miss the motive, and if we lose, we will honourably say goodbye to the Cup competition.”
The head coach of FK Sloga, Darko Vojvodić:
“Due to the fact that we have already kicked out Zrinjski from the competition, we are entering this match as a favourite. We will play against our friends, but they are ranked beneath us and everything except our victory would be a disaster. Our goal is to enter among the top eight teams in the Cup, which would be a historic success for Sloga.”
Bratstvo Gračanica-Sloboda
The head coach of NK Bratstvo, Nesib Okić:
“I hope we can beat our neighbours from Tuzla. We have a positive record in the matches with Sloboda from the time they were also playing in the 1st League of the Federation. Of course, they are ranked higher now and have quality, but we will play for victory.”
The head coach of FK Sloboda, Slavko Petrović:
“We do not run away from the role of the favourite in the upcoming match. The players of Bratstvo will surely burn in the field tomorrow and be 100% motivated. We have to respond in the same way and give our maximum, because we can win only in this way.”
Borac-Krupa
The head coach of FK Borac, Zoran Milinković:
“The Cup is a specific competition in which there is no correction. In this regard, the upcoming match is very important both for Krupa and Borac. They are a team that has continuity and that shows the strength in the BH Premier League. We will have the opportunity to pay them back for the defeat in the championship.”
The head coach of NK Krupa, Slobodan Starčević:
“After an unfortunate defeat from Široki Brijeg, the team got up and has been showing a good game. Both teams showed quality in our previous mutual duel, as well as how it should be played in a sport manner. I hope that with a good game we will achieve a result that will lead us to the quarterfinals.”
Rudar Prijedor-Čelik
The head coach of FK Rudar, Zlatko Jelisavac:
“We would like to play a quality match against the Premier League team, and that will show us where we are in relation to higher-ranked teams. Of course, if we get a chance to go further, we will surely be able to use it and that would be a great success for our club.”
The head coach of NK Čelik, Elvedin Beganović:
“We are faced with a high-quality opponent, a team that is high ranked at the Republika Srpska First League with the ambition to return to the Premier League. In any case, I expect to play a good match and qualify to the next stage of the competition.”
Olimpik-GOŠK
The assistant coach of FK Olimpik, Aleksandar Božović:
“We appreciate a tomorrow's opponent; we know their virtues and defects. We will try to take advantage of these weak sides and qualify to the quarterfinals. I am sure that the tomorrow's match will be uncertain, but we hope that we will achieve a positive result.”
The head coach of NK GOŠK, Slaven Musa:
“We expect a difficult match. Although Olimpik is ranked below us, they have a team that deserves to be in the Premier League with its quality. We have a problem with a team composition, so, in reason of injuries, we will not be able to count on four players. However, no matter who will be fielded tomorrow, he will surely provide his maximum, because we want to continue the competition in the Cup.”
