Eighteen rounds of the BH Premier U-17 Youth League for the autumn of 2017/18 were played.
In the previous part of the competition, the Sarajevo U-17 team showed the most, so they hold the first position in the winter break with 46 points. The “Burgundy” team finished the half-season without a defeat, with 14 wins and 4 draws, with a goal difference of 91:5.
The nearest followers are Široki Brijeg and Borac with 35 points. Mladost won 33 and Željezničar 32 points. At the end of the table are Vitez (8 points) and GOŠK (0).
Sarajevo achieved the most victories (14), while Borac celebrated 11 times. Zrinjski had 6 draws, while GOŠK has the highest number of defeats. This fall, the team form Gabela was unsuccessful in all 18 games.
The top team has by far the best attack and defence. Sarajevo scored 91 goals, and the second most effective team is Željezničar with 47 goals. The U-17 teams of Siroki Brijeg and Mladost hit the opposing goal-nets 37 times. The least number of goals were scored by GOŠK (7) and Vitez (11).
The team of Sarajevo received only 5 goals, and the defence of Široki Brijeg showed solidity with 11 received goals. On the other hand, most goals received GOŠK (87) and Vitez (86).
Tarik Hasančić from Sarajevo leads the list of goal-scorers with 15 goals, followed by Edin Mujić (Željezničar) with 14, Hamza Gasal (Sarajevo) with 13, and Amar Jašarević (Sarajevo) with 11 scored goals.
Sarajevo is the most successful team on the home pitch with 23 points (7 wins, 2 draws, and a goal difference 59:2). Široki Brijeg won 21, and Borac and Radnik 19 points. GOŠK did not win points at its pitch, while Vitez had 2 draws.
As a guest, Sarajevo won 23 points with a goal difference 32:3. Mladost and Borac won 16 points as visiting teams.
108 matches were played in the autumn part of the championship. The home teams had 48 wins (44.44%), while 20 matches ended with no winners (18.52%). Guests celebrated in 40 matches (37.04). 370 goals were scored (3.43 per game, one goal every 23.4 minutes). In the first halves of the matches, 160 goals were scored (43.2%), while in the other 210 (56.8%). The match of the 10th round, Čelik-Mladost, was registered with the official result 0: 3 and those goals are not included in this statistics.
These half-season in our elite U-17 competition, 241 cautions were issued (2.23 per game, i.e. one yellow card for every 35.9 minutes). Also, 15 red cards were shown (0.14 per game, one for every 576 minutes).
The longest series of victories has Sarajevo, 7 (from the 9th to the 15th round). GOŠK suffered 18 defeats and Vitez 7 (from the 12th to 18th round).
