In accordance to the earlier guidelines and the agreement between Football Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina (FFBIH), and the Royal Belgian Football Association (KBVB) regarding ticket reservations for the important qualifier in Brussels on October 7th, we'd like to inform our loyal fans with the following facts:

For this match, we've received a total of 3.800 tickets priced at 20,00€. Following that, FFBIH established an online application procedure which lasted until Sept. 22nd. During that time 5.372 request have been made, which means that 1.572 applications cannot be granted. After thorough review and analysis of each application, the final list has been made according to the following criteria:

• application completeness: passport photocopy, valid ids, and detailed passenger list;
• number of tickets per applicant;
• date of submission;

Appointed FFBIH service will notify all applicants of their status via e-mail by Oct. 1st at 00:00 hours. After that, applicants whose applications were approved should make the payment as soon as possible and collect the tickets according to the earlier announcements and deadlines.

Also, we're asking of everyone who won't be able to get their tickets to understand our situation and have in mind that the number of tickets was extremely limited compared to the public interest. We thank our followers and hope they'll support our team with dignity on their way to victory.
