The young right-defender does not hide his satisfaction because of the opportunity to perform for our best national team:

“This is a big thing for me and my career. The invitation to the “A” national team came as a reward for my efforts and gives me the motive to work even harder. I will try to maximally justify the trust of the head coach and the technical staff.”

Todorović says that the players are motivated before the match in America:

“We will face with quality checks and an opportunity for us, the players from the Premier League, to show what we know. I hope that we will achieve good results in America. Most guys will have the chance to wear the dress of the “A” national team for the first time and we certainly will not miss the motive to be shown in the best light against the strong opponents.”

Darko Todorović also spoke about the results of the U-21 team, for which he played 4 times in the qualifications for the European U-21 Championship:

“We can be satisfied with the games in this qualifying cycle, especially in the last two encounters against Portugal and Wales. We have a real chance to make good results and I hope that this year we will continue with a series of positive results.”
