Bosnia and Herzegovina national cadet football team had a training session today at the NK Halubjan's stadium in Viskovo, their last before tomorrow's European Championship match with Serbia.
Coach Sakib Malkocevic:
"Despite the two losses, we have an opportunity to qualify for the quarter-finals tomorrow. I'd like us to repeat the game against Ireland in the second half. The victory by two clear goals against Serbia, combined with Germany's victory over Ireland, would allow us the passage to the next stage of the championship. We have to give our best in order to take advantage of this opportunity. Of course it will be very difficult because Serbia has three points more and a strong team, but I hope that this time luck will be on our side, which was not the case in the previous match."
Captain Rijad Sadiku:
"There's a chance and it's our obligation to fight to the very end. We want Germany to beat Ireland, and at the same time we have to give our best to win the match against Serbia with two goals difference. This result will be difficult to achieve, but not impossible. We're optimistic and we won't surrender. Tomorrow we'll try to qualify among the eight best teams."
The match Bosnia and Herzegovina vs. Serbia is scheduled for tomorrow at 12:00 hours at the NK Pomorac's stadium in Kostrena, Croatia.
