Bosnia and Herzegovina's U-18 team has gathered today in Zenica, and managed to complete one training session.
"I'd like to thank FFBIH for organizing these football camps. Few days ago we worked with older players, and today it's U-18 players' turn who will stay here for three days. We had one technical and tactical training today, with two more tomorrow. We plan to engage them in a few test matches, after which we should have better insight on who can play for this team", said assistant Ahmet Kecalovic.
One of the players, Vedad Gljiva said: "We've gathered here after a while, and it's a special feeling. There are some new players and it's great to meet them. I was recovering from an injury, but I'm ready now. When we played for U-17 team we came so close to Euro, but I hope the junior team will achieve that goal now."
Newcomer Edvin Gatackic: "It's my first time here, and everyone accepted me. I'm glad to be here, and the conditions we have are excellent. It's up to me now to show the I'm worthy of this team."
Training sessions are scheduled tomorrow for 09:30 and 16:00 hours.
