Bosnia and Herzegovina junior football team has arrived in Mostar today where they performed their first training session at the stadium Krehin Gradac ahead of UEFA Elite Qualifying round tournament. Several players couldn't come today because of their clubs' respective matches over the weekend, however the rest of them should arrive tomorrow.
Assistant coach Sasa Krupljanin: "Before this, we had four test games with Albania and USA which helped us pick out eighteen players for Elite Qualifying round. Because many clubs were fair to us earlier, in turn we allowed our players to play for them over the weekend, which means our team won't be complete until tomorrow.
U-19 qualifications are very hard in a way, because only one team gets to play in EURO. With that in mind, all games are important to us especially first one with Ukraine because few of our players will be missing. Our opponent will be having some problems as well, we spent a lot of time watching them. They possess quality, and we have to approach them very seriously in order to secure a good result."
Our junior team will have another training session at the same stadium at 17:00 hours tomorrow.
