Bosnia and Herzegovina Under-21 national football team has gathered last night at the hotel Park in Vogosca, and with today's training session they started preparing for the upcoming qualifying match against Kazakhstan.
Coach Darko Nestorovic: "Sixteen players were present today, while Bajic and Hadziahmetovic will join us in Istanbul. The boys are doing well, training session has been excellent, and they have already started thinking about the game. I hope we'll get back at Kazakhstan for that defeat in Sarajevo last year. It's important that everyone's healthy, eager to work and willing to give their best."
After a long time, winger from Sloboda Tuzla, Miljan Govedarica, has joined the team: "I'm glad I was invited to the U-21 team again. I hope I'll meet coach's expectations and his trust. Kazakhs are indebted to us for defeating us in the previous game. We go to Astana to get even."
Marin Popovic, player from Celik Zenica: "We worked really well today, everyone's ready and the atmosphere in the team is superb. We eagerly await the game, and we hope for a favorable result."
Our young team will depart tomorrow morning for Astana via Istanbul. The match Kazakhstan vs. BiH is scheduled for March 25th at 15:00 hours.
