Bosnia and Herzegovina Women's Under-19 national football team won the match against Georgia 0-1 today at the Municipal Stadium in Bijeljina in the third round of the 2017 WU-19 European Championship qualifiers.
After the game, coach Nikola Nikic said: "This stadium has been lucky for us because we won here last year. We performed great today, we were attacking the whole time, and the game was played on their half for the whole 90 minutes. I congratulate my players for this victory, but also to Georgian girls on their fierce game. I'm sure they had a hard time playing without one player, however I'm glad we finally managed to score a goal and win."
In the second match of the group, Sweden beat Portugal 1-0, which means that both teams qualified for the Elite Round with 9 and 6 points respectively. Our team finished third with 3 points, followed by Georgia at the fourth place and without points.
