The Football Development Strategy included all the key points and pillars on which a sport organization rests. Topics that attracted special attention were: good governance, grasroots and participation, talent pathway and national teams, competitions and clubs, infrastructure, image and brand, marketing and communications, and revenues and finance.

It was a pleasure to participate in working with elite representatives of UEFA for certain areas, and representatives of the m:tel BH Premier League clubs also participated in the workshops.

All topics, especially those related to women’s football, took place in the active participation of representatives of SFK 2000 Sarajevo, who thus gave the work a special stamp. We would like to thank all the other clubs that participated in the work, and we owe special thanks to the representatives of FK Sarajevo, FK Zeljezničar and FK Sloboda.

After these workshops, and online meetings that will continue until the end of this year, the UEFA Development Team will submit a proposal for the Football Development Strategy in B&H for the period from 2022 to 2026.
