The Union of European Football Associations (UEFA) will hold a seminar for football match observers on October 26th and 27th at the hotel Hills, Ilidza.
35 UEFA observers from 22 national associations have been invited, while FFBIH will be represented by Elmir Pilav and Rusmir Mrkovic.
On the second day, UEFA Referees Committee member Vlado Sajn from Slovenia will give a lecture for the BH Telecom Premier League referees and assistant refs.
