UEFA president Aleksander Čeferin arrived today in Bosnia and Herzegovina, where he’ll attend the World Cup play-off final between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Italy, to be played tonight at the Bilino Polje stadium in Zenica.
At Sarajevo International Airport, the UEFA president was welcomed by FFBiH president Vico Zeljković. Alongside Čeferin, UEFA deputy general secretaries Zoran Laković and Giorgio Marchetti also arrived in the country.
The arrival of Europe’s top football official further confirms the importance of the match awaiting our national “A” team, as well as the attention UEFA gives to developments in Bosnia and Herzegovina football.
