At the end of the UEFA Nations League draw where the national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina will play against Austria and Northern Ireland, the head coach Robert Prosinečki stated:

“We can be satisfied with the draw, although no opponent is easy. We can deal with these opponents. When we look at other groups, we would say that we passed well. I am well aware of the national team of Northern Ireland, because I played against them with Azerbaijan in previous qualifications. We lost both matches, but I believe that the BH national team can win them. The competition in the Nations League will be interesting, because there are several groups with extremely strong teams. The first group in League A, where Germany, France and the Netherlands are, is the most interesting.”
