At the press conference coach Mehmed Bazdarevic discussed the match with Austria: "We're happy with the result and how we played tonight. We weren't attacking much, but considering this was the match where Austria and we tried hard to win, this is satisfactory outcome.

Players worked well these past ten days, and these two games against Andorra and Austria gave us hope of what's to come. This was in my opinion a very good match, we saw some new players and we'll try to use the time we have as best as possible to prepare for the upcoming period. In general, I notices many positive details and I'm happy with players' effort."

Captain Edin Dzeko: "I think both teams deserve one point. Austria was better in the first half, but we were way better in the second, and maybe we could even win, however this is the most realistic outcome."
