Bosnia and Herzegovina's women's football team has defeated Northern Ireland with 1:0 today in Zenica in the qualifying match for World Cup.
After the match coach Hurem said: "This was a difficult match. The opponent showed their quality and experience, and physically they are stronger. Our players are younger, and once they stopped being nervous, we scored the goal. I congratulate the girls, they were really good. Next we have a match against Poland which is even better team, but we'll try to surprise them."
The match against Poland is scheduled for Wednesday, June 18th at 17:00 hours, again in Zenica.
