As previously announced, the tournament will take place in city sports hall in Bijeljina on Jan. 24th and 25th. Eight Premier league clubs has been divided into two groups. Group A: SFK 2000, Banja Luka, Celik and Modrica. Group B: Mladost, Radnik Bumerang, Gradina and Zeljeznicar 2011.
