Jelena Milović emphasizes that the upcoming European Championship is the crown of her professional career:

“The very organization of such a great competition means a lot to our country. Not only for women’s football, this is an opportunity to present Bosnia and Herzegovina in the most beautiful way. It is known that all big national teams have their fans following them, so it is phenomenal to be a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina these days. I sincerely hope that only the European Championship will bring a completely new look at women’s football in our country, and that the word expansion will have a real epithet of its meaning.”

“I expect that we will show a beautiful team game, and that the girls will leave the last atom of strength on the pitch, because they really deserve to be the representatives of our country in this phenomenal competition.
