The stadium was built in 1958, and today has a capacity of 25,000 attendees, of which 9,000 are seats and about 1,000 seats are covered.
HŠK Zrinsjki Stadium is the second largest stadium in Bosnia and Herzegovina after the „Asim Ferhatović Hase Olympic Stadium“ in Sarajevo.
The stadium has west and east stands.
The west stand is divided into two parts: the lower part consists of seats, and the press and ceremonial box, while the upper part is part of the seats, as well as a fenced part with a separate entrance on the west side for visiting fans.
The dimension of the pitch is 105x70 metres. This stadium should get a new hybrid turf in 2022, for the installation of which the BH FF provided funds from UEFA.
The lighting at the stadium satisfies the conditions for playing evening matches, both in domestic and European competitions. Behind the "southern" goal is an auxiliary field with artificial turf.
