The tournament for girls "Welcome to Sarajevo", which was organized on the day of the draw in the Centre for Education, Sports and Recreation "Safet Zajko", in cooperation with SFK 2000 Sarajevo gathered over 300 girls from all over Bosnia and Herzegovina and announced the arrival of the European championships in our country.

This is only the first in a series of similar tournaments to be held in the cities that will host the championship, and the plan is to launch a fan zone in Sarajevo, which will host the final match and in which the new "European Queens" will be crowned.

In addition to the host cities, the BH FF will strive to involve as many other local communities as possible in promotional activities, to feel the spirit of the EURO in other cities, to raise the popularity of women's football and encourage more girls to start playing football.

We remind you that the draw for the EURO WU17 was held on Tuesday at the Hills Hotel in Ilidža. Bosnia and Herzegovina, Germany, Denmark and the Netherlands will play in Group A, and France, Finland, Norway, and the winner of the qualifying group A2 will play in Group B, which will be known on 13th April.

The championship starts on 3rd May, and the final is scheduled for 15th May at the Grbavica Stadium in Sarajevo.
