The Bosnia and Herzegovina Women's Cup finals between Emina Mostar and SFK 2000 Sarajevo, will be played tomorrow at 17:00 hours at the FFBIH training center in Zenica. SFK 2000 will be defending the championship title from the last season, and on their road to the finals they haven't received a single goal. In the 1/8th finals, Sarajevo beat Mladost from Rogatica 14-0, while in the 1/4th finals they defeated Sloga Kakmuz Petrovo 17-0. Following that, they achieved a victory of 4-0 in the semi-finals against Radnik Bumerang.
SFK 2000 coach Samira Hurem: "I believe we're in for a good match in a nice setting. Emina has a young, well-organized and ambitious team. SFK 2000 is considered the favorite team and our goal is to win the trophy. I hope that we'll succeed in doing so. We respect our opponent, however we're expecting a victory. I invite the fans to come in large numbers and support women's football, and also enjoy the game."
The team from Mostar also haven't received any goals this season. In the 1/8th finals Emina beat Iskra Bugojno 2-0, while in the 1/4th finals Mladost Nevic Polje withdrew from the competition so the match was registered 3-0 in Emina's favor. After that, they achieved a victory of 5-0 in the semi-finals against Celik Zenica.
Emina Mostar coach Zijo Tojaga: "For us, a third-tier team, playing in the finals is already a huge success. I expect a good game tomorrow where we'll give our best. Of course, SFK 2000 is an absolute favorite. This is the team that has been dominating women's football in our country for years and to threaten them would be unfitting. It's a football after all, anything can happen, and it's up to us to do our best and to introduce ourselves in the best way possible."
