Head coach Sergej Barbarez and captain Edin Džeko addressed the media.
Barbarez: "Of course everything’s ready and we’ve done what needed to be done, both tactically and mentally. We’ll continue that today and tomorrow. It’s not just about what happens on the pitch - it’s also about conversations. We’ve done a lot of individual work through talks. We’ve got our plans and goals, no one’s hiding that, and naturally, we’ll try to win this game."
Džeko: "I look at these matches like the playoffs. We’re in a situation where we could end up first or third, meaning we could be out. Regardless of experience, the boys know what this match could mean for them and their careers, since most of them are young players still building their paths. They need to understand that a World Cup is huge deal for a young player, and it’s been proven in the past. We’ve trained well, everything’s in our hands, or feet, however you want to put it. Responsibility has to be taken, and we need to go into the match with only one goal."
