Today’s gathering in Ilidža begins the preparations of the “A” national team of Bosnia and Herzegovina for the matches with Kazakhstan and Ukraine.

One of the first players to arrive this morning is defender Adnan Kovačević.

“I am looking forward to another national team’s gathering. I hope that we will all be ready for the upcoming matches. We have some problems and we will lack several important players, but when someone is not here, you have to do without him. We, who are here, will give our maximum in order to achieve the best possible results”, says Kovačević and continues:

“Now we are focused on the first match with Kazakhstan. They showed that they were a solid team and had quality. We did not achieve our goal against them in Zenica and they certainly ruined our plans. I hope that we can win in Kazakhstan and regain the points we lost.”

Midfielder Sanjin Prcić does not hide his satisfaction that he is again part of the national team:

“After a long time, I am here again and I am happy for the invitation. I hope that everything will go well and that we will achieve our goals. I watched the matches of both Kazakhstan and Ukraine, so I know what we can expect against them. We are going to make the best possible results, in order to stay in the competition for the second place that leads to the play-off.”
